The truth is, Bernie Creative Lab started with something very simple:
We love making things together.
My husband is one of those people who can have an idea and spend hours designing it on the computer until it looks exactly the way he imagined. Then come the 3D printing, the tests, the tweaks, the occasional “well, that definitely didn’t work”, and finally that incredible moment when something that only existed in our heads becomes something we can hold in our hands.
And I’m right there in the middle of it all: sharing ideas, giving opinions, testing, helping, and probably asking every five minutes, “What if we made one of these?”
And the name?
Well… you can blame Bernie for that. ❤️
Bernie is our huge, fluffy, very spoiled Saint Bernard. He’s part of our family and somehow always ends up involved in everything we do. So when it was time to name this little project, there really wasn’t much of a debate.
Besides, let’s be honest: a Saint Bernard eats A LOT. So we like to joke that every purchase from our shop goes straight into the official fund for keeping the real CEO of Bernie Creative Lab fed. 🐾
It means so much to us.
We’re just getting started with this project, and we’re still learning, creating, and coming up with so many ideas for what’s next. That’s why, when someone chooses to buy something we made, it’s never just “another sale” to us. It’s someone on the other side putting their trust in a little shop created by two people in Texas who decided to try building something together.
And that means so much to us.
Thank you for being here, for taking a look at our creations, and for supporting our small business.
With love,
the family behind Bernie Creative Lab ❤️🐾
